Tokologo Municipality fails to perform its duties. The sewage farm in Hertzogville is not functioning and causes raw sewage to flow into neighbouring farms and pollute the soil and water. It has a huge impact on the environment, the animals as well as on the drinking water of the cattle and sheep and even causes illnesses.
