The Expropriation Bil (B 23B – 2020) has once again been opened for a next round of public commentary. The Bill currently serves before the National Council of Provinces (NCP) for approval. The NCP is the final step before the Bill is enacted. Previous commentary by the public on this Bill was submitted to the National Assembly and not the NCP. All previous commentary must therefore be resubmitted for the NCP to consider it.

AfriForum simplified this process for the public. All that our members and other members of the public must do is to complete the form below; AfriForum will submit comprehensive commentary against this destructive legislation on your behalf.
