Pres. Ramaphosa and the Premier of Gauteng Panyaza Lesufi’s sudden intervention in Johannesburg in preparation of the G20 summit is a slap in the face for Johannesburg residents who for years have been facing service delivery problems that are simply not being addressed. These ANC leaders want to impress world leaders by false pretences.
